Academy Website FAQ

Yes. Our admin system is designed for non-technical society staff. Delivery includes a Traditional Chinese operations manual, optional tutorial videos, and 3 months of free post-launch technical support. Annual maintenance contracts are available for ongoing needs.

Yes. We provide bulk import via CSV / Excel and help with data cleaning and import testing before delivery. If your existing system has an API, direct integration is also possible.

Yes. The society must apply for a merchant account with a payment provider (e.g. ECPay, NewebPay)—we handle the integration. The application takes about 1–2 weeks, so we recommend starting it at project kick-off to avoid delays.

We provide a formal UAT (User Acceptance Testing) process including: acceptance test case documents, a staging environment, and an issue tracking sheet. Committee members verify each feature against the test cases and sign off on the acceptance report—ensuring quality is documented and verifiable.
