We use a feature-list pricing approach. After receiving your inquiry, we compile a feature list for you to confirm scope, then estimate timeline and cost accordingly. Typical website / admin system range: NT$ 80,000 – 500,000, depending on complexity. Large systems or projects with AI integration are quoted separately. We don't charge for estimates, and we don't require you to sign a contract first.

Every AI / blockchain project is delivered with verifiable documentation at its core, including: AI projects — Model API, accuracy report, data annotation guide, model update mechanism; Blockchain projects — Smart contract source, audit report (recommended), deployment guide, user manual; Common deliverables — System architecture diagram, API documentation, user manual, UAT acceptance report. We emphasize documented delivery so your team can maintain the system independently.

Timeline varies by project type: Corporate website (with admin) 4–8 weeks; API / system integration 2–6 weeks; AI Agent / Vision project 4–12 weeks (including data preparation); NFT issuance 4–10 weeks; Academy website 4–10 weeks. Timeline starts after requirements are confirmed. Data preparation and third-party API applications may affect the schedule.

We'll guide you through everything, but the following accelerates the process: feature requirements (text or screenshots of existing systems), reference websites or competitors (if any), brand assets (logo, color guidelines), existing system data (if integration is needed), AI projects: existing data samples (can be anonymized). Even a rough idea is fine—we're good at helping clients clarify their requirements.

Yes. We offer a PoC (Proof of Concept) engagement, typically delivered in 2–4 weeks, so you can validate technical feasibility and results before committing to full development. PoC deliverables include: model or system demo, accuracy / performance report, full-project development proposal. PoC fees can be credited toward subsequent full-project development (per contract terms).

Before the project starts, we define an acceptance accuracy threshold as part of the delivery standard. If accuracy drops post-launch (model drift): within the warranty period (typically 3 months) free retraining / adjustment; after warranty a monthly maintenance plan is available including periodic model updates and monitoring reports; we also deliver a data annotation guide so your team can supplement training data independently.

All three are supported—chosen based on your compliance requirements and budget: Cloud (AWS / GCP / Azure) offers flexible scaling and fast launch; On-premise keeps data on-site, ideal for finance, healthcare, government, and high-compliance needs; Hybrid keeps core data on-premise while offloading compute-intensive tasks to the cloud. We provide a cost and trade-off analysis for each option during the proposal stage.

Confidentiality is our baseline commitment: all inquiry content is treated as confidential by default—never disclosed to third parties; an NDA can be signed before formal engagement; source code and data are stored in your designated private repository; after project completion, we will not use your system in any demonstration or marketing without your explicit authorization.
